Changing your mind
For ready-made prints and original artworks bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason. Tell us within 14 days after delivery, then return the artwork within 14 days of telling us. You can also cancel before dispatch.
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Pack artwork securely, protecting frames, glass and canvas surfaces; post unframed prints flat. original packaging is helpful but not required. We recommend tracked postage and keeping proof of posting. You may unpack and reasonably inspect your artwork. We may deduct for reduced value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any upgrade above standard delivery is not refundable for a change of mind.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect artwork
Please contact us promptly with your order number and, if possible, photos of the artwork and packaging. We cover reasonable return costs where an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, and provide the refund, replacement or other remedy you are entitled to by law. The change-of-mind deadline does not limit your rights for faulty goods.

This policy covers our ready-made prints and originals, including framed pieces and canvases. One-of-a-kind originals are covered by the same change-of-mind cancellation rights. For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply; any commission terms will be agreed before ordering. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods still apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
