Our prints
Our prints reproduce original artwork painted and designed by Poppy Fraylich. Current prints are A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), unframed, and available in paper or waterproof versions. Frames are not included.
Please check the product description and selected option before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not affect your rights if a product is not as described.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Stock and delivery
Available stock reflects prints ready to sell. We deliver within the UK only, using tracked delivery costing £4.95 per order.
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery is estimated to take a further 1–2 working days after dispatch. Prints are posted flat in protective packaging.
Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates; some remote areas and Northern Ireland may take longer.
Cancellations and returns
Standard online print orders have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery. Our Returns & refunds policy explains the process, return postage costs and refund arrangements. Our Shipping policy provides delivery details.
We are responsible for supplying goods that meet your consumer rights. Please contact us if an order is delayed, damaged, incorrect or otherwise unsatisfactory.
Artwork and copyright
Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the artwork.
Copyright in Poppy’s original artwork remains with Poppy Fraylich unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial reproduction requires permission, subject to exceptions permitted by law.
Commissions and shopfront projects
Commissions and shopfront designs are arranged through individual enquiries. Scope, price, schedule, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and any usage rights will be agreed separately in writing before a project is accepted.

Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
